Pizzaiolo - Cafe Beaujolais, Mendocino, CA

Mixed & shaped pizza dough, prepped pizza station; stretched, topped and cooked over 100 pizzas per day in the wood-fired oven.

Private Chef - Berkeley, CA

Started a to-go meal service during the Covid-19 Pandemic, serving dinners three nights per week with a rotating seasonal menu
